Flexible Home Time

FLEET: JM Bozeman understands how important it is to have quality home time and be with your family.  We offer the following home time plans:  

  1. Team Drivers:  Home two (2) days after seven (7) days out.
  2. Solo Drivers:    Home two (2) days after fourteen (14) days out.

PET POLICY: JM Bozeman realizes how important animals are to our drivers with a pet deposit you can have your pet companion with you on the road.

ROAD SERVICE: JM Bozeman maintenance department is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for your maintenance needs. We know how important it is to make sure the maintenance issues you encounter are solved in a timely manner to have you on your way.


PAID WEEKLY: Direct Deposit available

HOLIDAY PAY: 7 paid holidays

PAID VACATION: 1year -1 week / 2years -2 weeks



HEALTH INSURANCE: Plan through Major Medical - Effective Date - First day of the month following 60 days of employment.

DENTAL INSURANCE: Plan through Delta dental - Effective Date - First day of the month following 60 days of employment.

SHORT-TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE: Effective Date -   First day of the month following 90 days of service.

401(k) PLAN: 
This component allows the employee to set aside pre-tax dollars, with a percentage company match of 3% via payroll to a retirement account.


  • Be at least 24 years old
  • Have a minimum of 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer interstate driving experience
  • No DOT reportable/preventable accidents in last 3 years
  • Have a valid class (A) CDL with current Medical Certification 
  • No DWI/DUI convictions (last 7 years)
  • Pass a DOT regulated drug screen
